In April 2020, Edward Dillon founded Metamorphis Transformations, a personal development business focused on self discovery, awareness, reflection, identity, and purpose.
Many early connections grew out of everyday conversations while he was driving for Uber. People who began as strangers found room to share their stories, reflect on their experiences, and explore what they wanted from life, without feeling judged or dismissed.
Over time, thousands of meaningful conversations and connections reinforced a lesson: the way we listen to people can matter as much as the advice we offer.
Edward Dillon completed life coaching training through Udemy and brings a background in relationship driven B2B sales, client retention and business development.
The mission stayed. The vision expanded.
